Mishella Etienne-Campbell, Founder/ CEO

Mishella Etienne-Campbell is a charismatic leader and visionary with deep roots in Boston's Haitian community.  Mishella is passionate about youth initiatives in underserved communities, and has worked with various organizations over the past 20 years to minimize educational, social and health disparities among immigrant youth and families in the greater Boston area.  In her former job as the Executive Director of a youth nonprofit in Hyde Park, MA, under her leadership the organization served nearly 500 youth in Boston and was named Nonprofit organization of the year by the Haitian Chamber of Commerce.  Mishella has been recognized by city and state officials and community leaders alike. In 2019, she was honored to receive a citation from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for Outstanding Executive Leadership signed by Governor Charlie Baker and Lieutenant Governor, Karen Polito.  In 2020 Mishella was included in Marquis Who's Who in America biographical database, and was featured in their Millennium Magazine Sixth Edition.

 

Mishella is an experienced public speaker and singer.  Notably, in addition to speaking at numerous conferences, she was the keynote speaker for the graduating class of 2012 and 2014 at The Business Institute of the West Indies in Prot-Au-Prince, Haiti.  Mrs. Etienne studied Biology at Northeastern University.  She later attended the /university of Massachusetts Boston and graduated magna cum laude with a BS and MA in applied Sociology.   She also holds a Master's Certification in Project Management from American Project Management.

Mishella is happily married to Rohan Campbell, and is the proud mother of her son, Ruan Campbell.
